Submission of a paper to NPC’2016 entails a commitment that, if the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work.

Top ranked, reviewed papers in NPC’2016 will be published directly (without further extension) by the International Journal of Parallel Programming (SCI indexed). To qualify for publication in IJPP, all submissions must meet the paper length and other requirements of IJPP. Other accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, by LNCS, Springer (EI, Scopus).
